Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe to or use Australia4K's services. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Australia4K's service is intended for personal, non-commercial use by Australian residents. Use of the service outside Australia is permitted, provided your internet service provider does not block access and you comply with all local laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
The Service
Australia4K provides internet-based streaming access to live television channels, Video-on-Demand (VOD) content, and Pay-Per-View events via an IPTV subscription delivered over your existing internet connection. What is included:Access to live sports, news, and entertainment channels VOD library access (movies and series) Electronic Program Guide (EPG) for supported channels WhatsApp technical support during Australian business hours and major live events A 4-hour free trial for new subscribers prior to purchaseImportant service limitations:Channel availability, EPG data, and VOD content are subject to change at any time without notice. Streaming rights and broadcast agreements are outside Australia4K's control, and specific channels or content may be added, modified, or removed. Australia4K does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service at all times. Scheduled maintenance, server updates, and circumstances beyond our control (including force majeure events) may cause temporary service interruptions. Stream quality depends in part on your internet connection speed, your NBN plan type, and whether your ISP is throttling your traffic. We provide guidance on overcoming ISP throttling, but we cannot control your ISP's behaviour.
Subscriptions and Payment
Free trial: New subscribers receive a 4-hour free trial with full service access. No credit card is required for the trial. The trial is available once per customer and once per household. Paid subscriptions: Following the trial, subscriptions are available on monthly, quarterly, and annual plans. Pricing is displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and is inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payment: All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. By submitting payment details, you authorise Australia4K to charge the applicable subscription fee. You confirm that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used. Renewal: Subscriptions do not auto-renew automatically. You will be notified ahead of your expiry date and must actively renew. Australia4K will not charge your payment method without your explicit confirmation. Price changes: Australia4K reserves the right to update subscription pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated before your next renewal date and will not apply to your current active subscription period.

Account and Credentials
Upon activation, you will receive a unique set of account credentials (username, password, and M3U URL). You are solely responsible for:Keeping your credentials private and secure All activity that occurs under your account Notifying Australia4K immediately via WhatsApp if you suspect unauthorised access to your accountYour subscription is issued for personal, single-household use only. The number of simultaneous connections permitted depends on the plan you have purchased and will be specified at the time of purchase. Sharing your credentials outside your household or using your subscription for commercial purposes is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination without refund.
Acceptable Use
By using Australia4K's service, you agree that you will not:Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share your subscription credentials with anyone outside your household Use the service for any commercial purpose, including streaming to public venues or businesses Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, copy, or replicate any part of the Australia4K service, platform, or infrastructure Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the service in any way Use your subscription to connect more simultaneous devices than your plan permits Use VPN services or other tools to exceed the number of permitted connections on your plan (note: using a VPN to overcome ISP throttling on a single connection is permitted and encouraged) Provide false information when subscribing or making a paymentViolation of any of the above may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice and without refund.
Refunds
Australia4K's refund policy is set out in full in our Refund Policy. In summary:A 4-hour free trial is offered before purchase so you can verify the service works on your device and connection If a technical issue arises after purchase and Australia4K is unable to resolve it, a refund may be requested within 2 days of your original purchase date Refund requests are made via WhatsApp Refunds are not available for change of mind, ISP limitations the subscriber declined to address, or device incompatibility where the device falls outside our supported hardware listPlease read the full Refund Policy before purchasing.
Suspension and Termination
Australia4K reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription at any time, without prior notice, if:You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions We detect credential sharing or commercial use of your account We have reason to believe fraudulent activity is associated with your account You engage in conduct that disrupts or attempts to compromise our service infrastructureIn the event of termination for breach, no refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period. Australia4K may also suspend service temporarily for scheduled maintenance, server upgrades, or emergency technical work. We will provide advance notice where possible, but cannot always do so. Temporary maintenance periods do not constitute a service failure and are not grounds for a refund.
