At Australia4K, we know you’ve probably been burned by a dodgy IPTV provider before. That’s exactly why we do things differently. Before you spend a cent, we give you a free 4-hour trial to test our streams, our sports channels, and our server performance on your actual device and connection.

We stand behind what we’ve built. But if something isn’t working and we can’t fix it — you won’t be left out of pocket.


1. Free Trial — Test Before You Buy

Every new customer gets a free 4-hour trial with full access to our channel lineup, live sports feeds, and VOD library.

Use it to test:

  • Stream stability during live sport
  • 4K quality on your device
  • EPG accuracy in your timezone
  • Compatibility with your device

We offer the trial because we’re confident in what we’ve built — and because we’d rather you know exactly what you’re getting before you commit. No credit card required to start your trial.


2. Refund Policy — The Honest Version

We don’t do no-questions-asked refunds. Here’s why: we offer a free trial specifically so you can verify the service works before paying. Once you’ve subscribed, we’re committed to making it work.

What happens if something goes wrong after you subscribe:

If you experience a technical issue after subscribing, contact us on WhatsApp immediately. Our support team will work with you directly to diagnose and fix the problem — whether that’s an ISP throttling issue, a device configuration fix, a channel routing issue, or anything else within our control.

We take every support case seriously. Most issues are resolved within hours.

If we genuinely cannot fix the problem and you are still within 2 days of your purchase date, you are entitled to a full refund.

That’s the commitment. We fix it, or we refund it.


3. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if all of the following apply:

  • You reported the technical issue to us on WhatsApp within your active subscription period
  • You are still within 2 days of your original purchase date
  • We attempted to resolve the issue and were unable to do so
  • The issue is on our end — server, channel feed, EPG, or stream delivery

Refunds are not available for:

  • Dissatisfaction after the free 4-hour trial was used without contacting support
  • Issues caused by your internet connection speed or NBN plan limitations
  • Issues caused by your device being incompatible or misconfigured (we’ll help you fix this — but a slow Smart TV processor is not a server problem)
  • ISP throttling where you declined to follow our recommended VPN fix
  • Subscription renewals — refund eligibility applies to the current billing period only, not past periods
  • Violations of our Terms of Service

4. How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Contact us on WhatsApp and describe the issue clearly. Include your username or the email address used at sign-up.

Step 2: Work with our support team. We will make a genuine effort to resolve the problem — this is not a stalling tactic, it’s how we operate.

Step 3: If the issue remains unresolved after 2 days of active troubleshooting, let us know you’d like to proceed with a refund request.

Step 4: Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

We don’t make refunds difficult. If you’re owed one, you’ll get it.


5. What We Will Always Try First

Before any refund is issued, our team will attempt the following fixes — because in most cases, these resolve the issue entirely:

  • ISP throttling — We’ll walk you through VPN setup (Surfshark or NordVPN) and custom DNS configuration to bypass Telstra, Optus, or TPG traffic shaping
  • Device optimisation — We’ll check your app settings, stream quality cap, and hardware compatibility
  • Channel routing — If a specific feed is down, we’ll redirect you to a backup channel carrying the same content
  • EPG resync — If your TV guide is out, we’ll fix it

We solve these problems every day. Most customers who contact us never need a refund — because the stream works once the real issue is identified.


6. Changes to This Policy

Australia4K reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
